With great bones but in need of TLC, our clients were able to see the potential in this delightful heritage cottage near Bangalow on the North Coast of NSW.

Our brief was to sympathetically modernise the home and make it suitable for a vibrant family of four. Retaining elements of character and charm, we modified the kitchen and living room joinery to create functional spaces. Designing new joinery for the bedrooms and the separate studio which required a completely new interior and extension, we brought definition to each space.

In addition, we project managed the new exterior build incorporating a new pool, garage and alfresco living room extension, enabling us to balance the inside-outside lifestyle our clients wanted.

The interior decoration selections and design of all furniture and furnishings reflected the client’s personality and relaxed lifestyle with warm tones, individual pieces and an Australian country aesthetic.
